They use a razor blade to cut open their tobacco products. This breaks the seal and therefore makes the products dry and unsatisfactory. I went in to complain this evening and tried to explain and help them in their procedures and ended up being charged for another can of skoal. I will never shop here again and I hope this complaint helps others avoid buying tobacco from this establishment. Clerk was rude and unable to help!! I would rate them 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. Don’t shop here
