“I rented a storage unit at Pinnacle Storage at West End yesterday. I spoke with BJ earlier in the week and worked with Victor yesterday. Both managers were very nice, professional, and efficient. Each took me on a tour of the building and showed me unit sizes. It was a nice experience and I decided to rent a unit. The building was extremely clean and nice and all my questions were answered. I would recommend Pinnacle storage in West End to everyone.”
