Realized our propane regulator was leaking on Sunday night. Chatted online with Kevin the owner. They were able to replace it first thing Monday morning. Thanks Kevin and Chris for making this happen and allowing us to continue to enjoy our trip. You guys are awesome!

I was traveling with my friends Danny and Lisa Woolard. They had issues with their RV on a Sunday morning. Did I mention the issue was with the power to wall outlet. We could not bring in the slides therefore could not continue on our trip. Danny called Tarheel Mobile RV Services, LLC and he listened to the problem and gave a suggestion and it worked!! He saved the day and our trip. We are traveling from Myrtle Beach to Missouri. So if you ever need help in the North Carolina/Virginia area do not hesitate to call them for assistance!!

Absolutely awesome. Used several times mobile. Most recent was a broken wall stud weld at base.. Took to their shop (was more serious than mobile call) They repaired quickly and professionally. Even noticed and corrected other items. They are the best! If I could give 7 stars I would.

Where to start? Great people with competence and care for their customers! If you are a first time client, you can expect the same timely, courteous response than that of any established customer! I cannot say enough great things about their level of service and uncanny prompt mobile response! My first experience with them was when I had a slide-out room literally swiveling like a circus tilt-a-whirl ride. Worse yet, it was in the dead of winter weather-the coldest of this season. I stay in my RV with 2 elderly rescue mutts & I was worried for them.
I will say that NUMEROUS times I called & left urgent messages at a repair shop located in Madison not 4 miles from where I was. But with this company I not only received NO callbacks to my messages, but also got a rude refusal to help when someone finally answered the phone after several days!
I was desperate and finally called an experienced certified RV inspector I used previously to ask his opinion on who I should call. His first recommendation was Tarheel. I called them and they were onsite immediately & worked tirelessly to fix the problem. They also have facilities to service RVs, in this case I couldn’t drive there with a swiveling slide out!
I trust no one else with my older RV. They work on all, but being an older RV it’s more of a challenge. I full-time in my RV & they easily work around that as well-including the rescue mutts. Suffice to say I don’t have enough words or space to impress upon others to just call Tarheel first! You won’t regret it.

Was on a camping trip noticed water coming out of my camper called this place was told $125.00 to come out and diagnose the problem guy came out looked at it within a minute says need a water heater then get a bill for $224.00 expressed to them that they were a little misleading but they didn't seem to care so just be careful

Loved working with Kevin who made sure to provide individualized communication and customer service. When the awning arrived from the manufacturer with a couple broken tie down cords, he even made sure to get these replaced and mailed out to me.
