Had a blowout on Rv on the way to Myrtle Beach on a Friday evening and did not think I would be able to find tires on Saturday morning. Googled and saw Pilot Tire and it was 1/2 mile from my location.Called them and they had tires and got me in changed 4 tires and got us on our way. Very thankful they were there. Very nice people and excellent service.

I’m a traveling preacher & they treated me with the utmost respect! They gave me a tire at an awesome rate that only God, me & them would know about! Such a blessing & such great quick service! I pray that God give them a double blessing for their great work!

Great Team and service!I had the pleasure of using Pilot Tire for a brake repair on my silverado while attending Mayfest, and I couldn't have been happier with their service.Despite being very busy, they managed to fit me in and completed the work very quickly. The team even provided transportation for me which was a huge help since my time was limited. To top it off, they went above and beyond by delivering my truck right to me at the festival - talk about convenience!Overall, I am extremely impressed with the level of service I received from the entire team at Pilot Tire. They truly went out of their way to ensure that my experience was hassle-free and enjoyable. The folks here went above and beyond to get me back on the road with new tires at a fair price. When I had an emergency (two tires blown at once, 3 hours from home, after hours) it would’ve been so easy to tell me they couldn’t help. A few shops did turn me away. But the folks here solved the crisis as easy as helping a neighbor. I’d be up the creek if not for Pilot Tire!! Thank you!

No only will they charge you a fair price for what they do, they will go out of there way to do it. I was traveling from Pilot, NC back home to GA. To say I'd had a Murphy's Law kinda day is an understatement! My camper needed two tires. It was 4:30 in the afternoon and they close at 5:30. I called and let them know I was 8 miles away and planned on being there soon. Everything got sideways but I called them and let them know I had encountered every issue know and unknown. I was told not to worry they'd wait on me. I pulled onto the lot at 5:30. They immediately made me feel welcomed and assured me I'd be on my way soon. They not only replaced my two bad tires at an unbelievable savings, they also lubed the undercarriage but removed the debris from two previous blowouts that had been caught around the axle. They found a loose piece of rod rubbing against a tire and repaired it. All the while I'm preparing my wallet for a huge bill. Imagine my surprise when all I was charged for was the tires. I am truly blessed to have had the opportunity to receive their services but most importantly the blessings of meeting them. Five stars isn't nearly enough to praise them.B. Rushing. Register, GA
