Jerry was great to work with. I purchased a table and chairs from MFP, he met me and loaded, which saved me some travel distance. Would def purchase from him again. Table and chair assembly was a breeze and I am very happy with my new table.

HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER from them!!! I ordered a bed in July and now it's September and I still haven't received anything! I've called them multiple times and every time they say it's being shipped and I'll get a tracking number and never receive a tracking number or email. Now they are not answering the phone. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company for never receiving what I've paid for! Buyer BEWARE!!!

I ordered a table and chairs from this place on 1/14/2023 and did receive a confirmation email immediately after however that was the only communication ever received. After 3-4 weeks I tried to contact them with no luck as their phone just rings with no answer and no voicemail. After several days of attempts the phone finally did get answered however I was told that my items had not yet shipped as they were getting bids from 3 shippers. After a couple more weeks with no update I again tried to contact them which was as difficult as the previous time. When I finally did get a hold of someone I was told that my furniture had been picked up by the shipper and I should receive an email from them the next day with delivery information. This email never arrived so I again spent a couple days trying to get a hold of them. I was then told that they would have to look into who picked up my furniture which would take a couple days. They never called or emailed me so I attempted to reach them again. By this point it had been 2.5 months since the order was placed. Luckily it was paid for through Amazon Pay so I was able to file with Amazon for a refund as it had not yet been 90 days. Amazon did their investigation and did end up refunding me which I am thankful for as I'm certain I would've never received the furniture or a refund from the store itself. Not once did I ever receive a single call or email from them (with the exception of the receipt). DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!

We ordered a kitchen table and chairs over 2 months ago and they have yet to be delivered. Every time we call we never get an answer. We have also tried to contact them through the email on their website and that did not work either. Stay far away from this company. We feel like we have been robbed.

Bought a sectional and recliner. Enjoyed the shopping experience. Unfortunately, the sectional broke within a few months of ownership. On Oct 30th we submitted photos via email to the owner. We’ve since emailed numerous times with no response. Still looking for some type of update.

I bought a mattress months ago. I went back to buy another mattress the exact same. When I got it home and took it out if the box it was not the same matress at all. He said they discontinued the first mattress but failed to communicate this. He also told me he ordered another one for me to look at. It never came in and he has not once contacted me first but instead give me the run around for 3-4 weeks. I then asked if I could just get some money back since the mattress he gave me that I don't like was cheaper than the first one. Of course no answer!!I had several people that I was going to refer there but definitely not now!!Do not waste your time or your money going there. No customer service!!

I am very pleased I found MFP when looking for a sofa and loveseat set. We received excellent customer service from Jerry, and the delivery men.Their prices are very competitive. Especially appreciated is the optional in-home delivery service that includes set up and hauling away of packaging materials. This is very helpful- especially for senior citizens.Definitely recommend!

trying to contact this place is almost impossible. i have e-mailed with only one response and made several phone calls only to get no one to answer and no answering machine. I simply want to know when to expect delivery on the chair i ordered and paid for on March 20. I understand things may be back ordered, but let your customers know when to expect delivery and respond to e-mails. I have never given a bad review but their customer service is horrible.

I inquired on their website about a specific dining room set, and they called me back promptly the next day and I placed an order for it. After a couple weeks being told I would be contacted by delivery service, I received no such phone call, but after checking with the owner he informed me that the delivery service had to reject the dining room set because it was damaged. He promptly refunded my money and offered me suggestions on replacement tables. I was disappointed because we really thought this was the perfect dining room set for us, but felt the owner was very prompt and professional taking my phone calls and following up with me on why I hadn't heard anything about my table. We promptly received the refund to our credit card. I did not have the bad experience that some others have reported in these reviews.

My daughter has bought and Paid for a bunk bed for my grandson OVER a year ago and they NEVER bothered to fill the entire order and NEVER ATTEMPTED to follow up with Any phone calls explaining the situation. It has taken My daughter, my mother and myself calling Every week or so for an update just to be lied to and Never receiving the mattress and bunkie board for my grandson’s bed. We wouldn’t have been upset about the purchase but if Someone had Simply Followed through with a phone call and told the truth. We took time off from work to wait for a delivery More then once Only for NO ONE TO SHOW UP OR CALL TO LET US KNOW THEY WOULD NOT BE COMING‼️ VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF ANY AT ALL‼️

SCAM ALERT!! Terrible customer service. Phone just rings. Company email bounced back. Gmail account, no response. I ordered & paid for couches online. They processed my payment. I never even got a receipt or order confirmation. I was scammed out of $1500!!

Although they did not have what I was shopping for when I stopped in today, the gentleman working there was extremely helpful and kind. He was able to answer questions i had even though he quickly knew he wasn't going to be able to sell me anything. They have a nice selection and variety of options to choose from. I will definitely return to shop here again. The store was very hard to find as there wasn't a sign above the door. We drove around the center several times and saw there was a store in the same building as Dollar General that didn't have a sign and that is where they are located.

Do not buy from here. I bought and had delivery service paid "white glove". This was not done due to COVID. Jerry, the store worker at My Furniture Place (MFP), promised me at least half of the delivery charge back.Here I am A FULL YEAR later and I had to do the leg work calling the delivery service and they are only willing to refund $50.Oh and the table has already fallen apart, to which Jerry had nothing to say about that either.And you can't get them on the phone ever! They just are lucky I don't live near there....STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Especially if you don’t live near there. They charged me for white glove delivery service and I did not receive promised $350 service. Jerry, the owner, promised half back in refund. Here I am A YEAR LATER, had to call the 3rd party delivery service MYSELF only to be told they would only refund $50. This was 3 months ago. Jerry, has not sent anything. Oh and the table is a piece of crap. Already falling apart. They don’t answer the phones or emails. Worst customer service ever. Do your due diligence and look at google reviews and BBB reviews. Words like “scams” show up repeatedly. Wish I’d looked first. They are so lucky I don’t live near them….
