Did not listen to what I wanted. Kept suggesting on doing it a different way. After I said I didn’t want it that way. I wanted a partial perm but she still did what she wanted after I stated more than once I didn’t want that. So now I’m stuck with a perm that I didn’t want after voicing it more than once so I’m out of 80 dollars since they would not listen to anything I was saying at all.
This is nothing like I wanted and showed pictures of what I had done before!!!!!
She used a blow dryer to my hair. When your not supposed to use one for a perm!!

Nikki Kelly has to be one of the most talented hair colorists I know. She has done my hair for years. She listens to you and is always very helpful. I have never been disappointed with her services. Haircuts, a new style and coloring. You will never go anywhere else after she is finished. Nikki is a true gem.

Hairstylists are nice and most of them are good (one time the person i was with had her bangs cut very noticeably uneven) but they are near impossible to contact, I have called them several times on several days working with their business hours and never get a response, and when going in person and asking to make an appointment they write down my phone number to call me back and then never contact me. Very unprofessional.
