After years of riding through the dealership, we finally made plans to stop and see a sales person. Hallie was so patient with us as we test drove three trucks before deciding on the right one. She was kind and didn't push us into anything. She grabbed the manger to answer all our questions. Jon was super helpful helping us with the beat options for us and what we needed. The worked a great deal and we drove away with a new Ford Truck. Thankful for the stress free experience!

This company argues with their employees in front of customers, and makes employees Argue for weeks to get paid and paystubs. Having to file labor complaints to get anything done.
The dealership does not Perform proper inspections on any vehicle under 70,000 miles- They simply check it off without looking at it.
Buyers beware, your vehicle is purchased are not properly inspected, they lie about no accidents, And even the clean up is the fastest and cheapest possible.
Stay tuned for legal updates against this horrendous company. Terrible management at this dealership. Buy elsewhere!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We sat in the pilot mountain location for 4 hours. My husbands credit was ran 11 times, Bc they kept sending it to every bank possible and every time it was hard hit on his credit. Just to tell us we can’t get approved for it. How do you expect someone to have good enough credit when you keep hitting there credit. I don’t recommend this place at all. The sales man left us in his office and was running around on a golf cart for over half the time we were there.

So i was told i was approved i have a 662 credit score but hardly no credit i have a 06 accord that i wanted to trade in i need a suv or truck we found a jeep that was in my price range i had three cosigners as well as 2000 worth of watches that they claim to take anything on trade in and i was waiting 4 days just for them to say we are making a descition and then it was we are waiting on lenders to im almost done it looks great and will be good call u in 30 min to the jeep u was trying to get and that we have been on trying to get u in it they sold it three days ago with no mention of that at all to me wasted days of my time and gave me false hope for no reason

For someone who doesn't have a good credit score the people here will really work with you. They took the time to work with me and my situation and hooked me up with a beautiful truck. Not only did they give me four more grand for my trade, they knocked some off the new vehicle for me just to ensure I could leave today. Thanks to Nikki, Jon, and Israel. They made me feel very comfortable with the entire process and I even prayed about it. God was involved with this sale as well.

Craaazy Kevin Powell is crazy....I know which radio station you heard it from, but don't take your trade-in anywhere near here. They never even got all my income information before proceeding. With a 700 credit score, a title to the trade-in I pulled up in, and 2 and a half hours later, no car. So, I left with my old car....... and a hard inquiry on my credit report. Lol ? Don't do em y'all lol

Hallie was absolutely exceptional today I came in an hour before closing and she stayed 2 hour past closing hours to make sure I had a vehicle to leave with today. The company as a whole worked together to help me .
