“The cleanest dollar store in town. Usually better staffed and taken care of then the other alternatives in. The area. If you are looking for a little of this or a little of that, this is one of the only options in town yet the still keep it clean and you can tell they care about the presentation of their store.”

“Although I'm very grateful to have another store(s) in East Bend and having a combination of Family Dollar and Dollar Tree, it's difficult to figure out what is from FD from DT. Most of the time the employees are really nice and helpful but when I went this last time a day or two before Christmas my cashier looked like she was mad at the world and didn't even answer me when I asked her a question. The attitude was uncalled for, and I haven't been back since. I'm sure that I'll go back at some point, but hopefully, management has had a chance to correct her attitude. I honestly just hope she isn't working when I do go back. ????UPDATE: I've had a much better experience since the previous visit, and now I actually frequent it more. I've also noticed that the cashier that I had the bad experience with is never there. Hopefully, she has moved on.”

“This Family Dollar is clean , organized, has a friendly staff. You feel the friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door compared to the store when it had previous store managers ( before the whole staff had bad attitudes and wasn't friendly. There is one employee that always has a smile, always positive, helpful, friendly, and if so.eone can nit find something she is always finding it or suggest a similar product . My entire family knows her because she is a bit famous for her positive attitude, friendliness, her singing, work in film , and social media . I want to suggest that Family Dollar use her in commercials.
She is a hardworker as well. She seems to be the type of person that sets goals and makes those goals just be seeing how hard she works. The employee's name is Anna . I believe it is Anna Tenney , and I hope that is correct because her social media name is official Anna Tenney. In closing this post I also want to suggest giving this amazing lady a raise and a management position because she deserves it as hard as she works, her positive attitude and her hard work. So please consider my suggestions and please her as an employee. She is a huge asset to your company without her knowing she is.”

“This Dollar General is located on Doral road in Tobaccoville. As this type of dollar stores go this one is neat and tidy. The empliyees I have dealt with have been nice and helpful.i would cone back and shop at this store again in the future.”

“As a dollar General employee, I only have one complaint. The coustomers are rude and disgusting. I dont know how many times i have to go and unclog the public bathroom because coustomers clogg it with toilet paper or products! Or go and clean up messes that coustomers make. Sometimes I literally have to be a emotional and physical punching bag for coustomers to use when our card systems don't work properly or when we don't have the correct thing they need. Oh and don't think we don't look at cameras when coustomers steal our products because we do. Oh and when we catch them and confront them they get mad at us for doing our job. What makes me angry the most is when we have to close eirly and some coustomers dont have enough common sense to read the sign on the door that says clearly on the door we are closed. Oh and the reason we close so eirly sometimes is because NO BODY WANTS TO FREAKING WORK! Coustomers really don't understand the absolute struggle we go through when we close. We cant stay open at nights if no one wants to come in and close. The thing is it isn't in our control if workers don't wanna work. Don't think corporate has no idea when we close. They do they are the first people we contact when we have to close. Other than that good service I love working there love some of the people. Its just I cant stand the complaints and constant questioning I get. Plus the constant abuse I get from the coustomers. Like really if you dont like it its simple dont come in.”

“Found everything I needed today. Employee where very friendly and ask if I found everything I was looking for. This store on Mountainview seems to have a hard time keeping the shelves stocked. They are hire at this time so I feel it will get better.”

“This store has a lot of merchandise.Friendly staff even though you know they are working feverishly to complete store tasks. I feel bad for them, a busy store seems the associates don't have time unless it ringing customers out. No fault of theirs though it s clear this is a corporate drowning them with more merch than fits. Less is better folks its too much to shop from.”

“I went into Dollar Tree today and Misty was working. I've never encountered such a friendly person there. She greeted everyone that came in, and spoke to the customers with courtesy and respect. If she stays there then I'll continue to go back.”
