Rude employee when going through the drive thru. We didn’t want to put our card in the drawer because we have no idea if this is being cleaned after every customer. We’re supposed to be limiting the spread of COVID-19 right? Why am I going to trust that they clean that drawer after every customer. The woman rudely said you can either do that or come inside because she didn’t want to open the window. If we’re wearing a mask and she’s wearing a mask it shouldn’t be an issue if the masks work right? We’re told the masks stop the spread so opening a window shouldn’t be an issue. Plus if we go inside it’s no different than if she had opened the window. The woman clearly just wanted to be rude and a jerk. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with extremely rude employees at this CVS.
Edit: my goodness it is impossible to get through to a legitimate person when trying to call in for a prescription. Endless loops trying to contact the pharmacy that just end you with them offering to call you back at best. I’m sitting here after a family member had a surgery needing to know if his prescription went through or if we need to bring a physical copy. The automated message says “we’ll call you back within an hour”. I can’t sit here and wait for an hour in the parking lot. This is partly why I personally stopped using CVS and moved to the Walgreens in King.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I have been going through them for 11 yrs and then they made me go back in forth 3 times without ever fixing the problem I had with them. If your in recovery I would not recommend going through them they will just treat you like dirt.

Prices are high on most everything,unless they are running deals or it's on clearance.But pharmacy staff are helpful and knowledgeable very friendly also .

I stopped at the pharmacy the day after my wife's discharge from the hospital to pick up prescriptions as well as an over the counter item. The pharmacist not only recommended something, but she came from behind the counter and took and showed me several different items, with explanations. Super service as always. I don't understand the 3.3 review ratings for the pharmacy. I'm just saying I have got nothing, but outstanding service from all of the staff Everytime I go there, also if the store staff are not tied up with other customers, I always get a greeting. No I don't own CVS stock lol, I just call my reviews as I experience them. Thank you CVS for caring!

This pharmacy is efficient about getting medications filled but my god is the staff rude. I get it, you’re understaffed and tired of answering people’s stupid questions. I work in healthcare too and spend at least 50% of the day on the phone answering redundant questions.. it’s the reality of working in an industry based on customer service and helping people. Every time I have the audacity to call and ask a question about my prescription, staff is beyond rude to me and acts as if I have just asked them the most offensive, stupid thing on the planet. Again I am sorry you are all understaffed and exhausted but so are the rest of us.. there is no reason to be hateful to your customers.

I've never known them to get my prescription right. They have handed me the wrong prescription, told me I didn't have insurance when I did and tried to charge me for my medicines and the staff always seem in a bad mood.

I have to brag a wonderful group of ppl,very professional, very polite,great service I could go on and on. I have been to several pharmacies, but this group has taken the award of awards!!!! I will continue to be their customer..My medicine is affordable and they take making sure it all correct before handing it out to me...very important to me! Thank you CVS pharmacy in Pilot I appreciate you caring

Employees are usually very friendly... However I do find it rude when I'm standing to pick up my prescription and the woman walks right by me and says someone will be with you in a moment because after I was standing there in line a car pulled up into the drive-thru!!
