I went in today and the man that was there was just about the nicest person I have meant along time ,he was so nice and my daughter thought he was also .i had him call her so she could tell him what I needed ,I have a flip phone that is old . Worked great before they broke it. Didn't even mind paying $100+ a month. Literally had the nerve to say it was our fault because we knew the area was spotty. It worked fine before greed took over, and 5G upgrades that have CLEARLY cause all of this mess. Can you all just fix it back the way it was please???

For many years their service was great but dropping local calls with another CW customer has got to the point that you can hardly talk due to dropping calls, breaking up so much so you don’t know what the other person is saying. Elkin to Pilot is impossible now and lately Elkin to Mount Airy is worse. Two Carolina West customers cannot have a conversation if one is in Elkin and the other is in Mount Airy or Pilot Mountain. Keeps dropping the call. Call back and get dropped again and again. Something has really changed as years ago this never happened.

Service is horrible. Calls continually drop, data is spotty at best outside their immediate area. You can forget getting texts if you are roaming. Worst decision we ever made.

Worst company in the world, spent 1,000s of dollars with them over the years and they won’t cut you any slack not even a $5 late fee break during covid. Also I had my number used and stolen to buy phones by an associate never was compensated or even apologized too by the company. You’d be better off drawing buttons and numbers on a banana and calling it a phone than this service.

Clearstream service stopped working. Customer service is a joke and managers will not return phone calls.
