Went for the hardware did not have what I needed. No one offered to help. Gave them 3 ? because they where open. I've been to the store in the past and they would be closed.

It's nice to have a local place to get Hardware again. It will save me a lot of time and money not having to go to Goldsboro or Wilson to get my hardware items.

Not very helpful when it comes to customer service. Staff just sits there and doesn't offer to help customer's that have questions. Try to support local businesses when I can but for now own I will just go to Lowe's.

I've been shopping here for 30 years. Very helpful staff and now they are in a new location with a bigger in stock selection than ever before. They have added hardware to the mix. Adding new stuff all the time.
