So where do I start? I went to four different parts stores trying to cross reference a thermostat for my John Deere tractor. Well, no luck came home and thought to myself I wish Melissa was still working in Pittsboro store and then I finally figured out that she was working at Pikeville store immediately got in touch with her. I didn’t even give her the part number. I told her what it was for two seconds she had cross reference the part. I really wish they had one of her in each store very knowledgeable very professional and nice. Thank you for your help

Excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond. My boyfriend had a breakdown on the highway today on a long distance trip. He went to this store, and they didn’t have the part he needed on hand. A staff member got in their vehicle, drove to another location, picked up the part, and brought it back to the store where he was waiting. He was able to fix his truck and made it safely to his destination on the same day. Seriously, Chris and Earl both deserve raises.

Called and asked if part was available. Was told part was in stock. Once I got there with the part I needed, I was instructed to "go look on the wall over there, it should be there somewhere.".... Then after asking for employee to assist me in figuring out which part it was, I was met with eye rolls and dramatic breathing.I'm good. Keep your parts. I'll spend my money elsewhere......and I spend a lot of money on car parts throughout the months. I suggest making sure your employees understand their actual job description, before losing more customers.
