It is friendly and a family owned. The staff there are true mechanics, not big box store technicians that have ruined the mechanic industry. Tim statyed in contact with me to let me know what they diagnosed and kept me up to date with the costs. Truly reminded me of how small town maintenance shops ran when I was a young kid. Definitely would use them again and highly recommend them.
