First year was okay, but after many management changes and unpredictability in charges, rules, etc. it was not worth staying here anymore. Only good thing about this apartment is it is close to the university.

Close to the university, in walking distance, and affordable. Commons has their problems here and there but the ladies in the office are always very nice and helpful in trying to resolve any issues that you may be having.

I love our new apartment. The gym is the best part. I can work out with my friends and not have to really leave home to do it. The ladies in the office are always nice. I also met some cool people who helped us move in, no questions asked. It's like I have a huge new extended family—something I never really had.

The only reason I say 4 is because nothing is perfect. They really helped me out. They respond quick to maintenance request and management has been great. Being close to the college I expected a loud environment. To my surprise, it's rather peaceful and I enjoy my apartment.

While this was a good choice for cost effectiveness, convenience, and location when I first signed my leased during 3/22, the multiple management changes, poor maintenance, and policy inconsistencies has made it impossible for me to consider extending my lease for another year.

This place deserves 0 stars. Please beware of this apartment complex. Not only do they change management every 6 months but they also try to change agreements within your lease without notifying you . This apartment complex does not have upgraded apartments. Please do not believe the lies they tell you. Apartments are not cleaned before you move in . If your child is trying to stay here please have a lawyer on hand because they also take advantage of college students by saying they’ll give you credit for your rent but only if you renew your lease. They don’t make repairs. Many apartments have broken air, broken washing / drying machines, and if you live on the bottom floor or in an apartment that had animals there’s fleas, roaches, and flies. If your water heater breaks and floods your apartment they will not accommodate you. The new and old management don’t communicate, so if you have questions about your apartment they won’t be much help. If you are a long term tenant or A. Albert was there in office when you signed your lease please keep a copy of your original lease because they may change your lease agreements without providing proof or explanation on why .They don’t value or care about long term tenants. Communication with management is a struggle. This is not a sanitary apartment complex at all. Aside from the filthy apartments the pool is never clean, there’s dog poop everywhere and the grass isn’t cut consistently. Look at the previous reviews and you’ll see that many people move out often here. They will not show you your apartment before you move in but will require you to pay first months rent. If you stay here please take a picture of everything before you move in and keep all receipts. They change management so much and previous tenants have had issues with misleading information regarding their lease .

I wouldn't of gave them one star. This place was a dump. The pool water was green, showed us a apartment that the door had a hole punch through it. The drawers in the kitchen was falling apart. They wanted $1,996 a month I don't think so.

Had some issues initially and it was difficult to get someone to assist. My understanding is that the mgmt has changed and so far they have been responsive. I am hoping that this time around we get the apartment we paid for and are expecting.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. If you are seeking off campus housing, do not even bothering touring this complex. Pointe and 698 Prospect are much better options.

Apartments are cheap and close to campus, but overall the system is not organized. Although not the best decision on my part Management had me sign a lease before getting to see the apartment i would be moving into. I had a friend who stayed in the apartments so I didnt have too much of an issue from what I’d expect. However, management had me sign a lease despite them not having an apartment ready and available. In my opinion, apartments/rooms should be cleaned/inspected/repaired as tenants leave and before a new tenant moves in, but not 2 days before the tenant moves in and then winds up having to wait 2 extra weeks before they can move because theres sudden repairs/cleaning that needs to be done. Floors have bike tire marks, countertop are an ugly pattern (in old/not renovated apartments anyway) and the “landlord special” is very apparent, as well as whoever painted the apartment im in has left paint marks on several random things in the apartments from careless/rushed painting. Mold/mildew is also apparent. However, the atmosphere is nice and close enough to campus it makes a lot of things easier. Im thankful to have somewhere to live but it would be nice if the money we pay went toward making our homes more comfortable, livable, and respectful.

I have a friend that lives here and I was a bit surprised by the inside. The floors felt like concrete. It’s definitely a transition place to live.
