I was there today in need of urgent care. I saw N.P. Smith. She was very knowledgeable with what was wrong with me she understood, and was unbelievably kind.

The emergency depart here is fast and friendly. This is also my primary care physician office too and they are always welcoming and get me in and out. The new office is gorgeous and welcoming.

This Urgent care has the most friendliest and caring caregivers I’ve ever experienced.They really care for their patients and they have provided me with excellent service.I strongly recommend them to others for their health needs.

First and foremost, this was my first visit to this facility. I was taking a dementia patient to the doctor for the first time because my family couldn't. Smith, the doctor we had, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I've never been talked to like that by anyone and not cursed them out for their rudeness. I was amazed at my restraint because of the family member. This doctor is very unprofessional when talking to patients and their families she is in the urgent care part of the facility. To make matters worse, they called to relay a message to said family member with dementia, and when I finally got the phone from the family member, they hung up, and I was unable to get and hear the message I needed to hear regarding her labs. Finally, you will never be able to contact these people because the phone number listed online does not work, and if you do get through, you must leave a message or someone answers and hangs up the phone. The people I met on my first visit were extremely unprofessional. As a potential patient or otherwise, I was dissatisfied. I would not recommend this facility to anyone until they improve their bedside manners, customer service, and respect for their clients going into and supporting their business.

I was a patient here for over a year and the new employees in last few months are so rude and hateful I left the practice and drive 45 mins to be seen elsewhere to avoid these people...its so bad I don't even have words to properly describe the disrespect of this office's staff toward their petients. Worst office staff I have ever dealt with personally. Staff and physicians are rude and inconsiderate and all they care about is charging your insurance $300 every visit and if you don't have any insurance good luck even getting through the front door....this office is for profit only, they couldn't careless about treating patients or helping them in anyway. Wish I could given them less than 1-star but was not an option unfortunately. Also parent organization Scotland Health is even worse than this particular office so all around its a nightmare, would not recommend to a corpse much less friend or family.

Don't go to them they won't help you or nothing. I have been going here for 4 months an they have been rude the whole time to me. I have called numerous times to get a paper wrote an they keep saying they will have to wait till my doctor looks at my chart. An it's been a week going on two. They won't help you do nothing....

LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A HEALTHCARE PRACTICE. NURSE HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME WHEN I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT MY MEDICATION REFILL AFTER 3 DAYS OF NO RESPONSE AND I WAS DISCHARGED FOR REPORTING THE NURSE HANGING THE PHONE UP ON ME. THIS PLACE REPRESENTS EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH HEALTHCARE TODAY, AVOID AT ALL COST...SERIOUSLY YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

They never answer their phone. I think the automated attendant computer might be broken.I have called the main number many times over the last few weeks. Every time I call, the automated attendant tells me that they are busy. It then redirects me back to the same message. No combination of key presses gets me to a person.I have marked this as one star so that it receives the attention of the business. I hope this helps them correct their information.
