I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Nathan helped me today while I was shopping and really helped me a lot. Just when I thought customer service didn’t exist anymore. Nathan showed me it does ! Maxway you have an amazing employee I just wanted to make you guys aware of that ! Thank you Nathan for your help today.

Bought a defective piece of clothes wanted to exchange for same exact thing that I bought, had tags everything still on it was told it looked burnt so they won't take it back. I said let me talk to a manager because lady was very rude she said they do not have a manager for the next 2-3 weeks because she is sick!!!!! They told me return it to another Maxway!!!! They said they tell people before they leave to check the clothes because they won't be able to return anything after you leave??? I go there all the time never have I been told this! Anybody been told this??? I will never go there again except in 2-3 weeks to talk to manager!! Do not go to this store!!!!
