They have actually picked up on their service area. They've hired more employees or retrained older employees. The store appearance has also gotten cleaner and more organized!

Today is my 30th birthday and today would’ve been my late husbands 29th birthday as well (yea we shared the same birthdays, crazy right) ……. However I just wanna commend this stores customer service towards me today. Never in my life have I had ANYONE in the retail industry ask me “how’s my mental health?” …. Some people may find that offensive however considering I went there to get 29 balloons blown up for my husbands grave site. Your cashiers/manager, never once complained. Never gave me an indication that I was holding them up. They took their time with me. They interacted with me. Had me laughing instead of crying. And today I REALLY NEEDED THAT! The compassion shown towards me today is what our world needs more of.Thank you guys for being KIND to me! Not sure of their names. But it was two young guys and one young lady!!! THEY ROCK!!!!!!!!

The store is usually a little messy but most of the time they have what I need. Their biggest downfall is the employees. Most of them are extremely unprofessional and they never wear a mask.

I loved the fact that my dg app gave me $30 off my elderly uncle's new flip phone and minutes, I just don't understand why it takes 3 employees one off work and the other two on the clock and neither of them could ring up the phone. I ask to see the phone box and it clearly says on the bottom SCAN AT REGISTER. I show them and all of a sudden it scans. You need smarter employees

Had to search on my own to find what I was looking for no help whatsoever if you ask the ones that works there they don't even know and its not like the registers had a line of customers pretty much disorganized store if you ask me
