The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and take the time to listen to you while not making you feel rushed. The facility is very clean and up-to-date. Our boy likes everyone he has met there, and we feel safe with him in their care. They go over prices with you before anything is done to make sure you agree and can afford it, and they are not pushy. We are really grateful to have found Academy Pet Hospital.”

“My dog got a TPLO surgery done here. Dr.Dean was phenomenal, super knowledgeable and experienced vet, he was very detailed and helped ease any anxiety I had with the surgery. The staff is super helpful over the phone. Only negative was the wait time was quite long (over an hour) and some of the receptionist were not attentive during the check in / check out process. But overall it was a good experience.”
“I’ve been using cypress for years but today was the icing on the cake for me to hop on and write a review. Not only do they take great care of my own babies any time I bring them in but multiple times I have rushed in with a stray looking for a microchip or a random dog or cat I rescued asking for help and they always do everything they can to facilitate saving them. Today was a stray cat that presumably got hit by a car that I found in the street. It’s probably the most distressed I have ever felt bringing an animal in and upon me rushing in and saying IT ISNT MINE BUT HELP they got right on it. Absolutely my favorite people.”
