Great service, long wait time. This place is so popular, they are backed up for a month. My job only took 2 hours, but had to wait a month for them to get to it.

Very professional... Whatever that means anymore. Truly a small business where everyone cares about their customers and maintaining a great family owned business! Very much recommended if you are of a mind to support your neighbors and purchase from folks that live in the same town as you!Good service, nice friendly folks, and most important, willing to deal with a customer that has no interest in "financing" the purchase of a commercial grade mower. It is refreshing to know that there are still businesses that respect the maxim that cash is king and banks, like politicians are not "required" in our daily lives and business! A most kind thank you one and all at Steve's for helping me out of a really tight spot!!! All'you-all deserve better than 5 stars!M.F.

Fixed my riding mower in a reasonable amount of time. Fair priced. Clearly family run business and that's where I am shifting my dollars back to. Time to get back to the mom and pop places because they are the backbone of America, NOT corporations, they are kinda the opposite of good in the majority of cases. Spend your money as you see fit. I pick supporting my local businesses. I've had work done here and had them order a few parts for me. Good customer service every encounter thus far.
