“I'm rating a 5 on the customer service I received when I returned for the second time in one day. I had an issue with SIM card switch from one phone to another. I arrive earlier that day to get help with getting my new phone setupwith a SIM for my account. Tim asked what did I need I explained and he told me to go call prepaid customer service and I could get an eSIMs for free. OK sir but at this time I have no service...Is what I was thinking. Oh and proceed to tell me I could get $1000 for the phone (I just bought the phone I'm trying to get it activated) I know but it's $1000 and send me out the store to call customer service. We'll eSIMs wasn't compatible at this time. I go back to the store and Jack helped me with the problem although it took 2hours he was patient with me. I really appreciate his help and it only cost me $7.99. Something so simple. He had to call and cancel the previous order so I could buy the SIM in store.
