Went in with an issue I was having with my wife’s phone, Joshua was very helpful and even though we did not get the issue resolved (it was with my old carrier not cricket as it turns out) he went above and beyond even staying after hours to help me out.

I went into the store to replace a stolen phone. Instead of replacing the stolen phone, I was told I needed to upgrade the phone for the line that had been stolen. The phone that was stolen was on a secondary number on my primary line.
The amauter representative was unknowledgeable about how to locate my secondary number on my primary account and she had to call AND use a video app to contact her supervisor, who was not on the premises for hours.
Subsequently, the amauter representative installed a new SIM card into the new phone that I purchased for the secondary line. The error with this transaction was that MY PRIMARY number was used and applied onto the new phone - disabling MY line (the primary line)!
After this huge mistake by the employee, I was FORCED to pay for a new sim card to correct the error.
For the phone that was being replaced, I was informed that I would have to change the number because the amauter representative could not locate the correct number on my primary account. Despite constantly viewing my account information that states I pay for TWO lines monthly.
The entire experience took over TWO hours with a manager still not being physically present. The transaction would have only taken a few moments after I purchased a new phone without any error(s).
To add, the Cricket staff told me to call to get a refund for the addition cost instead of rectifying the situation during the in-store transaction.
Due to the many errors made by the Cricket employees I was highly dissatisfied and incurred substantially greater costs than expected after leaving this store.
