The agent with the open house Ann Hancock, - tried to convince us that the house was worth 20k to 40k more than it was listed for. She also said if we wanted it we should write a offer that weekend because she was sure it would be sold after the Open House. Two weeks later the house is still on the market. It's horrific enough the state of the real estate market present day. It's another thing to mislead folks.

Jaymee Hughey is an absolutely wonderful real estate agent! She helped find and refer me to an amazing agent -states away, to help me purchase my first home.
