Do not purchase a vehicle here. All they sell is vehicles with high mileage. If the car breakdown, they expect you to pay for everything and want you to keep making your monthly payment. They are not helpful whatsoever!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The lady at the front desk(Lu Hastings) was rude and unruly. She had a bad attitude the moment we walked into the building. We only asked 2 questions about a car(the price and if we could test drive it) and it went from there. She cussed at us and when we asked to speak to her supervisor(Jerri), she stated that she wasn't there at the moment. So I asked if I could have the supervisors name and number. She reached for a card and threw it at me. So I took one that she didn't throw at me. As we were walking out, her supervisor walked in and we explained what happened. Jerri was very professional and respected us while Lu was still being rude towards us. We ended leaving there without a purchase of a car. I would not recommend doing busy with this established. Very unprofessional

Full disclosure, I have not visited this location to ask about prices yet and thus have not interacted with them on an individual basis. Just scanning the website to see what they have. But the posted prices on their website are almost double in some cases what NADA Guides list for these vehicles. (most banks use NADA guides instead of black book the last time I took out a loan) 98 Cavalier they are asking $4995. NADA retail price on this vehicle ranges between $1150 Low retail and $3000 for high retail. While the vehicle is in fairly good condition IMO it would qualify as average retail, from the scratches in the pics, which according to NADA is $1850. So just be aware of this fact when you go to negotiate prices with them. KBB gave a fair retail price of $1624. I couldn't get black book to even go back that far. They stopped at the 2000 model year. Edmund's went $1747. Other vehicles I checked showed similar numbers. This also assumes clean titles but no carfaxes were provided and I didn't have access to one to verify that these all have clean titles instead of salvage titles. I have a feeling that they cater to assisting people with bad credit get loan approvals when others deny them. This forces people to accept the higher prices out of necessity and can often be the only way they have to rebuild a credit history. The downside being that with higher interest rates they are often paying three times what a vehicle is worth. This is purely an opinion based on past experiences at other shops however and could very well be completely inaccurate. So please do your own research and talk with them directly before making any final decisions.
