I had a great experience at Boyd Honda for an oil change. The service advisor was courteous and professional. They provided shuttle service to work which was very convenient and the service was completed earlier than I had expected. Thank you for a great experience.

My experience buying my 2023 Honda CR-V at Boyd Honda was excellent and personable, with no pressure, no dealer add-on issues, no gimmicky negotiations, and lots of honest and relevant information from sales person Phil Daniel. The one service I have had there so far was fast, efficient and courteous, and it was free as part of Hondas new car policy for an initial period after purchase.

Great Experience with Boyd Honda. This is my 3rd Honda Accord bought at Boyd. Phil Daniels has been my salesman for all 3 of those Honda Accords. Great guy I called him and told him I was ready to trade in my 2015 Accord and he said ok give me a few weeks. He called back in less than a week with car I wanted. Called to be seen sooner for two safety recalls. Boyd Honda got me in for service within a week vs months for other locations. Tyler was incredibly professional, kind and welcomed me to the service department. I will absolutely be scheduling maintenance on my Honda Pilot here again! Thank you for the great, welcoming service. I'm new to the area. God Bless!

I was in Virginia when my tire pressure light came on. I took the car to the Honda dealership there but they weren’t able to do more than locate the tire and put in air. The light went off until we started back to NC. My route took me past Boyd Honda in Oxford so I stopped. They said sure they would look at it but there would’ve a two hour wait. Since I had my grandsons with me I asked if I could get the Ford department to look at it. I went to the Ford service area and the person was more than happy to take a look. I had a screw next to the tire wall. He checked on a replacement tire before he actually talked to me about the diagnostic procedure. Honda was out of the tire so they ordered one but it would not come until the next week. He talked to Honda again and lined up a loner car so I could get home. I brought the car back to Honda and picked up my fixed car at Ford. It literally took 10 minutes. Both service centers were pleasant and helpful.

We drove up to Oxford from Durham because they had the exact car we were looking for. Our experience with the 3 people we met was top notch. AJ Taylor, our sales contact, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. After the sale, he reviewed all the key features of the car we bought. Thomas, the GM, introduced himself to us and made us feel very welcome. Finally, Edison Hendricks (business manager) helped us thru all the final paperwork.Overall, it really was a very pleasant car buying experience.

they scammed an elderly person. that is not correct....we feel ripped off by the service department. We asked for a service for our car for keys and they gave us something that was not in the order. we feel very cheated. I do not recommend coming to this place. We had to pay part of the service to get the car out but they cheated us.

Recently purchased a new car from Boyd Honda and had a fantastic experience. Phil Daniels was the most authentic and helpful salesman I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They were very fair and transparent with pricing. Would highly recommend for anyone in the market for a new or used car!

Service experience is usually good but the white older man who works in sales didn't even let us enjoy looking at the new Honda Accord. I owned a 2.0t accord which is why I was interested in seeing the difference but he let us crank up the car for two second and asked that they we turn the car off and give him the keys, I’m assuming bc it was me and my two other young black male friends.

I cannot recommend Boyd Honda of Oxford enough! Phil Daniels is the most genuine, easy to talk to sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Edison is also fantastic with facilitating all things finance and just an all around great guy! Thank you so much for giving me this anxiety-free experience that I will cherish for years to come! Phil Daniel was so knowledgeable about the Kia Soul and we literally drove my new car off the lot today! Couldn't have had anyone as kind, helpful, or honest as he was. We took one of our Hondas for repair. They called and said they needed another hour to find the problem. Then they called and said it was not something they could do. We end up with a $230 bill for NOTHING. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

i got my first oil change on my new accord there afew months ago.supposedly they changed the oil and filter and rotated the tires...this was all done in a mere 20 minutes.i didnt feel like that was enough time to do those things properly.sure enough when i got home i checked my oil and it was dirty just as before it was supposedly changed.i am truly disappointed to say the least
