“This auto Zone help me tremendously. My car stearing belt broke and my battery died on my way home to Massachusetts. Trinity called a local mechanic shop to get me and my family help. The that shop could get to it right away. Gladys saw me and my family standing outside waiting. We had already Been standing outside for almost 2 hours. She asked is there something wrong with my car. I told her yes. I explained the problem. She said hold on I will get someone up here to help you. She called someone named Big Willy. “I had a flat tire and needed a few tools to be able to get the bad tire off and change the spare. I stopped at a different auto parts store first and was never greeted by the staff. I tried to get the attention of the store associates and my presence was never acknowledged. Well I didn't stay there long after that. I came right across to this Advance Auto Parts and was immediately greeted upon entry of the store and asked how they could help me. The two team members working at that time both helped me find exactly the tools I needed, and they seemed so happy to assist me.
