Great place. Very clean, even restrooms, accommodating and secure. My mother has kept some things there for a few years and we finally were able to make other space for it. No critters found in anything.

I really recommend AA storage. The staff on hwy 15 Oxford, NC are great people. Especially Jacob and Brandon. Two very sweet and caring guys. Please give them a call if you need them.They just got new units also.

We have been using this location for several years. The customer service that you get when you come in is beyond exceptional. You are always greeted with a smile when you come in to pay your bill. Everyone is so pleasant and easy to talk to. We have not used the indoor units so I cannot comment on those. I do know that when we drive through to the outdoor storage lot everything always looks very well maintained. We chose this location to store our horse trailer several years ago while we weren't using it. Our experience has been so favorable that we added an additional storage trailer not long after that. I am not sure what it is like at other storage facilities but we have no plans of leaving here any time soon. GREAT SERVICE & EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE! ~The Teeters

This is a very nice and clean storage facility. The managers are extremely courteous and easy to get along with. They have gone out of their way to be helpful to me. The only gripe that I have is that as nice as carpet is, carpet does not belong in storage units. Trying to push loaded down carts to the units that have carpet is like pushing a boat on land. I believe that the company can save thousands of dollars by not adding carpet in the future.
