As I was planning to move to North Carolina, a family member suggested AA Storage. It was my first time renting a storage unit, so I was skeptical. It's been almost 2 years and I'm still renting a unit. I have NO complaints about this facility. It's affordable, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The location and access hours are very convenient for me. My work schedule fluctuates but I'm able to drop off things or pick up things at my unit going to or from work. The payment operations are wonderful! I prefer email receipts. Whether I pay in person or on the phone, my receipt is always emailed to me the same day. I love that! As a new resident to the area, I have referred this facility to family members who are moving here. Keep doing a great job, AA Storage-Oxford!

Great customer service who are always helpful and really professional. Great prices especially for the how well and maintained the facility is. Not to mention how clean it always is. Will always recommend!

AA self storage is awesome!! Jacob Williford always welcomes me with a smile and knows me by name. I’ve been using them for about 6 months now and I’ve had a great experience. The facility stays clean.

Rented indoor climate controlled unit. Facility is clean, and well maintained. Very happy with our experience as first time storage renters. Ask for Hannah when you call. Hannah is friendly and knowledgeable and made the entire process easy.
