I spent way too long trying to drill through a massive piece of stainless myself. Took to sail craft at 4:30pm on a Friday and they knocked it out for me right away. Was able to remount my anchor roller before dark. Saved me a weekend. Thanks!

Has some SS welding done here and was extremely pleased with the outcome. David is a great welder and it shows in his finished product. The whole staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I have never been there. I wish I was! I have been researching coastal cities and have been looking at Oriental NC online. That must be why Google asked for a review. Sailcraft must be doing something right w/ almost 50 years of service. They seem to offer any service needed for sail and power boats. I would definitely visit if ever in town.

I had a very good experience with this boatyard. They took us in on a short notice, rebuilt our busted blocks since no replacement was available and let us stay at their dock over weekend for $1 per foot to wait out a storm. The dock is very protected from the wind. I liked Eric's (he is the service manager) attitude, he made sure I am comfortable with their labor rate and estimate for rebuilding the blocks before starting the work and went out of the way to ensure we were all set up for the weekend. The facility is very clean and organized and has free laundry (a big plus for transients). Also walking distance to the hardware store, supermarket and West Marine...

Sailcraft services had an amazing team. They are organized, efficient, willing to work with your needs and seem to always remain calm. My experience has been amazing and I would come here first for any of my sailboat needs.

Worst yard ever... They damaged parts of our boat while doing some works, which also have been done sooo badly that we as non-professional had to redue them by ourselves... Highly unprofessional!All they care is money... doesn't matter if a client is happy or if the boats leave in a worse condition than they arrive.Never enter that yard unless you have already a lawyer on the line.
