Cannot recommend this place enough. Did a guided quail and chukar hunt this past weekend (group of 3 hunters). Jason (owner) and our guide (Chad) were so friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. We got to hunt with 3 different dogs. Beautiful property that was well maintained, and it was just a gorgeous and awesome day for hunting. They also don't overbook hunts so that your group will have the entire property for the ENTIRE hunt. Will definitely be back. A++++!!!UPDATE: 2nd visit to Waterfall Preserve this past weekend (12-18-21), and despite some rain, we still had a stellar experience and hunt. Did the pheasant package with add-on quail. Can't recommend this place enough. Jason is about as nice and laid-back as you could hope for, but has always been super responsive to messages and inquiries leading up to the day of the hunt. We were originally scheduled for a hunt the prior weekend, but Jason messaged me a couple days before to let me know weather forecast looked bad and gave me the option to reschedule. Was able to get us in the very next weekend. The guides and dogs are always top notch - watching the German short-haired pointers (Sam and Molly) working the field was almost as good as clapping these birds out of the sky. There was another group of guys hunting that day, but the property is so big that they were in a whole different section and they had their own guide and dogs - didn't see them at all during the hunt. Wish I could do this every weekend. Thanks again for another great day!!

We had an awesome experience with Jason and Frank yesterday. First off, two of the most genuine kind and personable folks we’ve met, just great people! We asked for an experience, to learn, to interact, and to enjoy the day with the dogs and hunting experience. Frank and Jason delivered! We got to experience five great dogs, various ages and experience handled by Frank who openly shared what he was doing, endured our question and curiosities, while truly giving us the experience of a lifetime. We did pheasants, chukar, and quail, walked just under eight miles, and had a great day. Waterfall Preserve met and exceeded all expectations. I highly encourage others to give them a chance to serve you. Great property, great guides, great dogs, and awesome experience!

Guides are awesome and have a great personality, dogs are well trained very nice place to hunt. Very reasonable prices too!

Our Hunt at Waterfall Preserve was outstanding! Chad was an excellent guide and the dogs were amazing! Really looking forward to setting up another trip out here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed but very professional hunting experience.

Did a hunt on 10/18. Was a great experience all around. In the planning stage, Jason was quick to respond to inquiries and accommodating to changes in our itinerary. On the day of the hunt, Jason and Chad made sure our group knew that they were there for us and would do everything they could to make it the hunt we wanted. The dogs were fantastic and the birds seemed wild. Could not have asked for a better experience. Our group is now trying to figure out when we are going back. A+
