“First time I took my car there for inspection, everything was great. Then when I took my car there for brake pads - very not good. They said it needed something else (I forgot), so agreed to that. About $2000. We didn't even get home and the warning lights about the brakes came on as well as the brake lights. Couldn't get back into them for about a month and when we did they said they didn't have our paperwork - their computer had crashed and they didn't have any record of it. Wouldn't even have the mechanic look at the car to see if he remembered. Told us to go home and find the paperwork they gave us. Could not find it. So, had to take care elsewhere to get fixed. Also, they never put the engine cover back on our car and had no idea where that went. We stopped by once again to see if they had any record of us. She said no: computers crashed, had a fire, and now under new ownership. Good for towing and inspections but I wouldn't trust them for anything else.”

“Have bought many parts from these guys, engines and transmissions mostly. So far haven't needed to use their warranty. Price sometimes is a little more than the salvage yards that warranty for 30 days but well worth the 6mo and 1 yr warranties they offer. No issues whatsoever with customer service.
