All you really need is morning yoga on a dock and some sunshine. Very easy to bike to and It’s worth waking up for even if you’re on vacation :) Really great class and instruction—wish I could go all the time!

Was lucky to make it to three classes at Ocracoke Island Yoga during my one week stay here. All the teachers are kind and the classes are for all levels. 10/10 recommend the outdoor flow on the community docks! Definitely a must on our annual trips to Ocracoke now.

Our group of 18 had a private Sunday morning class with Savana. It was one of the best yoga classes I have ever taken! Would definitely recommend and do it again when on Ocracoke.

This place really made my trip this year. I have a big family and any mom can probably relate to the value of taking time to find peace and center for yourself when you are constantly herding and controlling chaos, yes even on vacation.
Being able to take part in yoga each morning allowed me to find myself truly peaceful, present and grateful each day of my vacation . Added bonus that I was able to get my teenage daughters who have never done yoga to go along some and they loved it as well. Was so nice to connect to that peace with them. All 4 of the instructors I had throughout the week were absolutely great and the ambiance of the studio was perfectly serene. The aerial yoga class was super duper cool. Give yourself that hour of serenity each morning and you will find that hour completely invaluable.

I took the gentle yoga class, it was exactly what my sore and injured body needed! It helped so much. Savana is an incredible instructor, one of the best I’ve had and the studio is very cool! Great experience, can’t wait till my next visit.

i cannot say enough good things about the all levels flow on the community square dock—highly, highly recommend taking this class!!! savannah was such a wonderful instructor who led us through an energizing flow. perfect way to start the day with one of the most beautiful views on the island as your backdrop. can’t wait to take another class!

Savannah was a wonderful! One of the best yoga classes I have ever taken! She accommodated a group of 18 in a private session. It was a wonderful way to end a weekend with friends!

I was vacationing in Ocracoke. I joined the restorative yoga class with a sound bath savasana. I had never experienced a sound bath before and was eager to try. Savanna was an excellent teacher. She offered options based on preference or limitations for each pose. And the sound bath was a lovely way to end class. For sure if I’m in the area, I will look to join a class.

Such a great experience. Yoga on the beach was definitely a new challenge for me, but it was worth it. I also stayed for the sound bath and reiki which was fantastic. If you are like me and find it hard to slow down and fill your own cup, you should absolutely go practice with Ocracoke Island Yoga. These ladies are amazing!
