All you really need is morning yoga on a dock and some sunshine. Very easy to bike to and It’s worth waking up for even if you’re on vacation :) Really great class and instruction—wish I could go all the time!

Was lucky to make it to three classes at Ocracoke Island Yoga during my one week stay here. All the teachers are kind and the classes are for all levels. 10/10 recommend the outdoor flow on the community docks! Definitely a must on our annual trips to Ocracoke now.
