Absolutely horrible mail delivery! Our carrier is so lazy that if a package will not fit the mailbox they will not get out and bring it to the door. Instead they will just mark it "delivery attempted". This has gone on weekly for almost two years! I'm so sick of this but complaints fall on deaf ears. I don't know what this review will do since we have no choice in mail carriers but complaints to the office go nowhere.

Why can’t this post office ever open on time?!?! Weekdays weekends same story..opening late. AND THE ATTITUDE WHEN YOU ASK THEM ABOUT IT…..her answer….”What!?!? it’s only a few minutes. We are privately owned.” AND!?!?! It’s privately owned so you can open whenever you want?!?! JUST An I’M SORRY ONLY 2 WORDS. I’M SORRY FOR MAKING YOU WAIT or OPENING LATE GOES A LOOOOOONG WAY. This place is a joke!DO BETTER! TREAT PEOPLE BETTER!OPEN ON TIME!PRACTICE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.Something needs to be done.

There’s one employee with decent customer service. The rest are truly so angry at the world day in and day out. Completely rude to everyone and need some serious customer service training. Witnessing post office employees yelling at people, rolling their eyes, getting catty, and just being disrespectful is a daily occurrence. Truly terrible experience every single time I’m there. My mailman is great, but these people behind the counter at the post office are truly horrible.

My own experience is lost mail and lies. I'm on the phone making yet another complaint bc of mail not delivered. And now they are claiming I wasn't home to receive the certified mail I was waiting for. Yet I was home and received no NOTE saying I wasn't home- they never came. They are lazy and incompetent.

Wow, unbelievably rude customer service from the lady there. If I spoke so bluntly and rudely to customers where I work, I would be quickly reprimanded. No wonder the post office is going broke. Do better.

Ordered an expensive neon sign and it made it to our house within a week. Immediately after ordered a dimmer switch from the same seller using the same exact address. After 2 months of waiting I find out it had been "disposed of" by usps. I file a service request and the next day I recieve an email that says our service request has been "completed". Which means it was clearly completely ignored since nothing had changed and NO ONE CONTACTED ME. I call the support line to get help with it and told them my thing was ignored and they had to make another service request and "push it" for it to be acknowledged. I actually get contacted and told to file a missing item report. Which I have since done and recieved NO FEEDBACK regarding it since. I have to send another email asking about it because I've got no updates and I'm basically told it's long gone and that I need to order another one. Which I had already done midway through this because I was tired of waiting. I even called usps and told them I had a second one coming and gave them the tracking number and everything in hopes that it wouldn't be THROWN AWAY. And guess what it was RETURNED TO SENDER BY USPS. This is quite the operation your running if you can't deliver a small $15 dollar item to a properly addressed location that's 1 block down the road. The address used was the exact same one used to deliver the neon sign that made it. You could've even called me and I would've picked it up or anything but no. Yall suck

Really friendly staff. Always helpful as long as you do your part and understand what they can and can't do. They always try to keep the line down but you know how it can be around the holidays.

If only 0 stars was an option. Just got off the phone with the "supervisor" to my surprise named Rebecca. I have not came in contact with a more rude and ignorant person in my 33 years. She is in the wrong business and field. Will be contacting her supervisor.

I learned that the NC Treasurer's Office has unclaimed cash in both my business name and personal name. 4 different checks in all, 1 business and 3 personal. Now upon inquiring with the NC Treasurer's office as to why they have them in the first place is just astounding to me. I have been at my address for going on 21 years. My business has been listed at the same personal address for 11 years. Now why is my mail sitting at the Treasurer's office, they tell me that if the USPS can't deliver it and it get's returned as 'undeliverable' by the 'carrier' and or 'post office' then the mail get's forwarded to their office.WHAT IN THE FRIGGIN H E DOUBLE LL? Pee Poor Service

Bad experience... Someone stole my money order and then went in the system and erased everything as if it didn't exist... Filing a report.I have the names but I'm not going to expose them just yet. For legal issues. As they continue to resolve the issue. No body seems to know what happened to the money order. ???
