Wow! This is beyond horrible, the people that work here are rude as hell. You work in a tourist spot and the rudeness we experienced. Between the ugly looks, and the mouth on these people. How about being thankful people are driving and spending their money in your stores and keeping your business going during a horrible time when prices are sky rocketing with gas, food, etc.

Like the products that you carry. I wanted to shop more but our little guy needed to use the bathroom. The store had no bathrooms. We spent over$200.00. Can only imagine what we would have spent if you only had bathrooms.

Bad!!! I was trying stuff on and this guy who was in a rush who was the manager was running past people in the dress room and he came in my dressing room when I was changing!it was so inappropriate and then when a man arrived that’s when he apologized unacceptable behavior and he was so rude to my grandma being a stuck up know it all :((

Went in on off season. Saw some sales but still feel the prices could go down more. Customer representative was kind and helpful.

They have a nice selection of souvenirs but the older gentleman running the register was rude. Be kind to your customers. They pay your bills.

We always visit Tsunami Surf Shop at Ocean Isle Beach when we vacation every year. Love this place!!!

Spent over $100 and asked for my young daughter to use the restroom. Wouldn't allow us to use the restroom even though there were restroom signs listed.

Totally a rip off…..sign clearly said 2 for 20 t-shirts but charged 17.99 and 17.99. Sweat shirt 20.00 but rung up 37.99…….avoid

Walked in and looked around for a bit with intention of buying a shirt and some swim trunks. Asked someone working there if we could use the changing room to try some things on and the dude straight up shook his head no and continued whatever he was doing that was more important than helping a customer. We left and will never return

Very disappointed in the Owner / Manager. He’s extremely rude. Walked out without buying an armful of stuff because of his rudeness.

Prices are higher here than the other shops and if you want to use a credit card, they charge you 3.5% on your purchases. Go elsewhere!!
