“I loved this place. I was visiting for a week so I got the week pass, they also offer day passes at good rates. They have a large selection of equipment, good variety of leg machines, and plenty of space for your workouts, it’s also 24 hours which is a huge plus. They have a smoothie bar and plenty of options for pre workout drinks. Staff was super nice too. I’ll be back when I’m on the area again for sure.”

“Small, locally owned, no frills (in the best way possible) gym. I like the fact that it's not overly crowded like planet fitness. I think the prison theme is cool. The owner is a great lady, super nice. She also does injections/IV's. I haven't tried them myself but the gym itself is great.”

“Been a member here for 2.5 years and the amenities are well worth the price of the membership. The staff are pleasant and friendly and the outdoor pool is huge.My 9 year old son and I enjoy our daily summer visits to the pool.The attached restaurant has excellent food at a fair price, large portions, great waitstaff.Seatrail is investing a good chunk of money into improvements to the pools and outdoor areas this Fall 2023.Some times in the early morning in the summer there are older ladies that come to the pool to do lessons or something and a couple of them don’t like kids at all and are very blunt about it- so stay away from them or dont come before 10am.The bathrooms and showers are nice, need updates but those are coming this Fall as well; they have a hot tub and indoor heated pool too.Facilities are open all year long.This is the only pool besides the college thats open to the public in the county ($60 for one adult per month or $125 for a family per month).They also have a pool table and shuffle board in the game room.”

“They could use more weight plates. I think they only have three 2.5 pound plates. I have to spend too much time in between sets walking around looking for the plates I need. Other than that, it's a great gym.”

“Coach KJ was amazing and very welcoming as were the local members. I am sure this location is used to a large number of drop ins especially during vacation season. I can tell you I didn’t feel like an outsider. I met some very nice people and Coach KJ was very accommodating to adapt to my mobility limitations after knee surgery and upcoming shoulder surgery. I will return and I am grateful for the experience.”
