We had an AWFUL experience. Much like many others who have posted before me, the employees were downright hateful to my children for looking at items. When I asked her (politely) if they were doing something wrong she said that I was making a big deal out of nothing. It was disrespectful and downright awful. We will never return.

AWFUL vibes and rude lady that we ended up calling “towel police” who is the floor manager. if you touch, you buy. be careful here especially with her!

We have been going to this location for years. Never had any issues, always spend lots of money. We have a large family consisting of 4 adults, a teen and 3 younger children. A lady in plain clothes claiming to be the “floor manager”, was very rude and disrespectful. Our young children like to look at toys that we may possibly buy. We always put everything back where it goes. She repeatedly asked if we were going to buy something because a child was touching it. And told us we couldn’t touch the toy unless we were buying it. She then followed us around the store. We decided not to spend money in their store after the crazy interaction. I approached her upon leaving just to let her know how I felt her combativeness was unnecessary and excessive. She wouldn’t let me talk and kept saying “god bless you.” Ma’am needed some God in her life.?♀️ Again, never have had any issues in this store for years until today. We will not return. So if you have young children that like to touch the many toys they have out at the register, this store is probably not for you.
