We rented a golf cart and it was at the home when we arrived. We had an issue with it and called after hours and they returned my call. They showed up first thing the next morning and delivered another one. We also had an issue with that one holding a charge and they showed up within an hour and brought us a much nicer cart that was fully charged. They also refunded me a full day rental without me even calling and asking. I will rent from them next year!!! Great customer service.

Can’t say enough good things about this company! The golf cart was clean and at the home when we arrived . The cart broke down on Sunday evening and Alex answered promptly and help us to get going again. No waiting at all which we appreciated because we had our 3 grandsons with us about a mile from our house.

Alex is awesome. We had a dead car battery and were hoping to get a rental for the day. He didn't have anything immediately, but went out of his way to help us. Highly recommend doing business with him!

Great experience renting a golf cart. The owner Alex was extremely responsive and the rental was reasonably priced. When Alex saw my wife pulling out of one of the gift shop parking lots on OIB on the cart he even went out of his way to introduce himself and make sure we were happy with the cart! Would definitely rent a cart here again!

Alex and Beach Life Golf Cart Rentals is by far the best golf cart rental company in and around Ocean Isle Beach. My family owns a house at OIB and we have rented from several other companies and have had several terrible experiences with those others rental companies. Alex always brings carts that are fully functional, everything works as it should, and the carts are always clean! Alex has been prompt, and responsive each time! We have gotten to know him well!! Beach Life is our go to golf cart rental!!

We rented a golf cart, received an excellent car with excellent service. He allowed us to keep the cart an additional day at no charge due to storm. We recommend and will definitely use this company again!

I was new to renting golf carts. So when I called around and left messages. Alex was the only one who called me back. He explained the process clearly and was very nice. He dropped off the golf cart and picked it up. So easy. We had a 6 seater and it was perfect! Would rent from him again 100%. Thank you Alex.

Renting the Brutus golf cart was the best part of the trip. It made it so convenient to get around the island. The rental was quick and easy. Delivery was right on time. I would definitely use this company again!
