“Yesterday our car stopped working while out shopping, and we had someone jump it so we could drive to Advance. The employee named Joe changed our battery and it still didn’t work. He spent over an hour in the pouring rain (hurricane Debby) trying to fix our car. He exhausted all options before we called the tow service. Joe and Charlie then recommended who to call. Because we’re on vacation, we are even more appreciative of their kind and diligent service. Joe is a real MVP! I’ve never seen anyone work so hard for a complete stranger.”
“I have had my Lexus to classic colors twice. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and great talent. They set me up with a rental and contacted rental company for pickup once my car was ready. All the ladies upfront are so nice and helpful. Even though I live 40 miles away, Southern Coast is my go to spot.Unfortunately I’ve needed their services 2ce recently. Just caught the bottom edge of a rising garage door ?. Then I didn’t notice that the hickory tree I happened to park under was chock full o’ nuts ?. That left 8 nice dings in my hood.In both cases the folks at Southern Coast were courteous, prompt and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.”

“Wow. Asked them if they could check out my battery as it wasn't turning over real well. Darlene came right out and checked my battery and alternator. Alternator was okay. Battery draining a bit. Replaced it for me right there on the spot. Free of charge. Under warranty. Super. Thanks NAPA, Shallotte.”
“I had a popped tire, got the doughnut on and took it to walmart, no appointment because I actually called a different one and went to this walmart accidentally. Workers were very nice, and helped me as best they could. Underneath my car was super rusted where it wouldn't be safe to put it on a lift but they did still mount the tire for me for $15 which I think is a fare price. So I bought a better jack and put the tire on myself and the tire I purchased has great treads and everything was 110 and change after tax. So new tire and mounted it for that price for a sedan tire. Normally would be the price to install as well but nobody should be put in danger to install a tire. Great jack for only 33 plus tax as well”
