I would love to know how I incurred a $368 bill when no one was at the residence using electric, furnace completely off, one light on. No one could tell me, but they definitely wanted payment. It’s a shame that we care so little when it’s not us getting screwed.

The customer service representative sucks. She has no people skills at all. She's rude, overtalks you, interrupts you when you're explaining your reason for speaking to her, and she's condescending. I spoke to her supervisor and will speak to her supervisor's supervisor if she pulls this BS again.
