“My boyfriend and I have an upcoming trip that we needed passports for. I decided to make an appointment at this location for our passport applications, every other location was booked up until AFTER our trip. Even though it was a drive for sure, it was most definitely worth it! Megan and Amanda were so incredibly nice and welcoming! Megan was very informative and made sure all of our questions were answered and that we had the proper documents for our app. They were both so helpful and made a situation I was stressed about so calming and really easy! Thank you!!!”

“The best USPS we have been to. The nicest people work here. They are calm and definitely listen to what you have to say. We went for passport service and their attitude was just top notch. Even though we live in Charlotte and this location was way too far but it was totally worth it. Recommend anyone in Charlotte neighborhood looking for their passport done.”
