I ordered a bedroom suite for my granddaughters room their employee named Tori is very unprofessional. When I asked her to email to me details of my order she said she had to ask her children how to do it. I didn’t know if it even got ordered. Finally it was delivered and their was damage to the bed railing which I told the owners son that came out. When I paid her the balance on the phone and told Tori about the damage and I quote she said to me “ You don’t have to tell me I know already “. Nasty short reply to a paying customer

We had the best experience with Oakboro Furniture & Mattress. We ordered a bed on Saturday and it was delivered the next Thursday. The guys did a great job putting it together for us, and Krista was knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Was super happy with the experience that I had with the staff. Prices can not be beat and also, I went to pickup my mattress that I purchased and they accidentally delivered the wrong size box spring and the owner his self drove all the way back to the warehouse pickup the correct one and personally delivered it to my house the same evening. WOW customer service was on point. Customer for life

Very nice workers and a good selection of furniture. The prices are usually a lot better, but inflation has caused furniture prices to spike everywhere. Don't let the small storefront fool you. They have a large selection.

Bought two lift recliners on a Tuesday. I was told they might be delivered by the weekend, but not promised. They were not delivered and that was fine. Got a call on Monday and was told they only deliver on Tuesday and Thursday. I feel I should have been informed of this during my purchase. I bought from this store because they had the recliners in stock at the warehouse and I needed them. Delivery was set for Thursday, nine days after my purchase. Received a call at 10:30, my delivery time, and was informed they only had one in the warehouse and one on the floor as a display. I told them I did not want the floor display model. I received a call around 2:30 and was informed they had found another one at the store. Two recliners were delivered about 5:00 pm.

Great experience shopping here. Good selection at fair prices. Everyone we worked with from shopping to delivery was great. Even had a treat for our little dog at delivery. We didn’t have to wait long at all for delivery of a couch they had in stock.
