Today my youngest son had a visit from Dr. Laurie MacDonald. This is the best doctor I have ever met. I am very grateful to her, she was very attentive to my child. And most importantly, she really wanted to help and solved our problem. I highly recommend this doctor

So happy we found this pediatrician! They are friendly and easy to work with. They are easily reached for scheduling and questions. We don't have to wait to be seen and they are quick. It's such a relief to actually be seen at the time your appointment is scheduled for.

We have been going to this clinic for about six years. I love our primary pediatrician. But we also like every other practitioner we have had when we have come to the walk-in clinic as well. The staff is also very nice.

The worst front office! Also, they don't have doctors. What they have are sales personal with higher qualifications in advertisement, marketing and sales, but not in human health

Grossly over billed for middle school physical. $34 alone just to ask my son one behavioral assessment question. Total amount was over $400!!!! Absolute rubbish.

I didn't catch the last name of the Dr who saw us in Oak Ridge. So embarrassed. We usually see Dr.McDonald. Anyway, he was, like her, so nice, and obviously competent. Very appreciative. We had so much in common via sports...felt guilty I took so much of his time.My child loved him.

I usually love this practice especially Dr. Kearns. However this visit with a different Doctor. Our appointment was at 12 and we finally got called into a room at 12:15, it took a while for the Doctor to come in when she did we just had a routine med check for my son. My other son was also with us and as the appointment was coming to an end she offered to give both boys their flu shots since we were already there. I agreed and she left the room stating the nurse will be right back. We waited almost 30 minutes and I walked out of my room and there was no one except a nurse at the computer eating. I asked how much longer and she was shocked to see me. She said everyone else went to lunch and the Doctor did not let her nurse know about my boys getting their shots. I get that people are hungry but you can’t leave without following through with your patients first. 12:00 appointment never left until almost 2:00!! Really?? Not a good visit!!

Dr. McDonald is the absolute best! She is always so patient and listens to any concerns we have especially as new parents we always had a list of questions she always puts our minds to ease!

I am so thankful to have discovered this clinic. My child sees Dr. Nayak and she is so very kind, patient and personable. She is everything you would want in a doctor for your child. She puts them at ease and is so patient. Most definitely 5 stars from us!

I'm pleased with the entire staff every time we am there. With 3 kids and well visits alone we are there enough to say we didn't "just catch the team on a good day". NHFP of Oak Ridge is consistently courteous, friendly, and professional. Medical experts with impeccable bedside manner. THAT is a hard combination to find. I wish pediatrics didn't have an age limit... or do you take 43yr olds :)

New to NC and this facility, no regrets. I choose the right medical practice for my children's health care. Dr Stern (Sees my son) and Dr Nayak (Sees my daughter's) are two amazing physicians. I pay attention to how physicians relate with kids and they both have great rapor and patient-doctor relationship with my children. I wouldn't change anything.

Dr. Kearns is an amazing pediatrician who gives the highest level of care to his patients. Wonderful staff as well.
