Very happy with my purchase! I had been in search of a golden doodle or labradoodle for some time and ran across the Happy Tails website several times. I always thought it was too good to be true. I finally gave in and I am so happy I did. Lissete responded to all inquires in a timely manner and made the process of taking our sweet Bailey home so easy. They even check on you after taking the puppy home. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Lissete and Happy Tails!Updating my review as a little over two years later I purchase another puppy from Happy Tails. This time a maltipoo and I had the pleasure of working with Bella. I purchased my pup from Happy tails about two weeks ago and I was just overwhelmed with joy during the entire process. HappyTails employees were so kind and informative to all my questions and concerns.My daughters and I have been spoiling out new pup rotten.Plz disregard the bad reviews because this is this place you would want to purchase from if you’re looking to add to your family.Very Professional and kind staff

Got my absolutely perfect cavalier King Charles spaniel from happy tails about a month ago! I was hesitant at first because this is my first puppy and she was on “sale”, but Katie assured me she’s a little bit of an older puppy and had been at the house for a while which is why. I am so so so happy with my decision! She is the happiest, sweetest most love able puppy ever. She came with all of her documents, microchipped and an app with all of her previous vet records and current vaccinations. I just took her to my vet and he said she is in perfect health :) Everyone on staff was prompt and communicative and allowed me to come visit and pick her up on my time. Very impressed!!

This company is the best if your looking to add new family member.My puppy is the sweetest .process was so easy and when I had any questions before I even pick up my puppy They were super responsive immediately. I have recommended this company to over 10 people. Since I got my puppy last Friday and I would definitely use them again.

Please be aware...I learned of this place through a friend of mine. She had got her puppy a few months ago and has had no problems. However as for me not a great experience. I had put the deposit down on a puppy that I just fell in love with called and they said it would be a week before he was ready.All week we had been getting emails from them not once was it brought up that he might not be ready for pick up.So the day came and my husband and myself drive 3 hours to pick him up. We were greeted at the door and told to wait outside as we were never given the choice to go inside. So as we are waiting my husband gets a phone call saying we couldn't get the puppy because he had not had a vet check and the vet would not be there and ask if we could come back the next day. Keep in mind this was a Saturday.. so my husband told them that we had drove 3 hours and couldn't come back. So we though that if we could find a vet that was open and get it done there everything would be good . Nope we found one 17 minutes from there "place of business" and when we told them we would pay the extra 300 it would cost to have that vet clear him they said no cause it had to be there vet..make that one make since.. sorry but no there is a reason you don't want another vet to look at a dog before you sell it and there is a reason why you make ppl Stand outside. Needless to say we drove away without our puppy and I was almost in tears by the time I had left. I just hope that poor puppy finds a good ,loving home ..

Happy Tails is such a wonderful place to get your next fur baby! I have a 6 YO teacup ShiPoo and just got a 3 month old teacup MaltiPoo for my mom. The consultant helped me talk through what type of puppy would be best for the lifestyle of my mom and what personality. She was perfect!! I highly recommend Happy Tails often!

Very easy to work with. They have been very helpful even after having my puppy for several weeks when I had questions about the micro chip. There are two things I don't like, but everything else is great. I don't like being forced to buy pet insurance or being forced to buy vitamins in order to have any warranty. I don't really care about having a 10 year warranty, but that is the only warranty they offer. As for the puppy, he is great and keeps me busy throughout the day doing puppy stuff (getting into everything he can get his mouth around). What can I say, he's a puppy and it's my job to train him to do the right things. He's so adorable you can't get mad at him when he acts up. My only regret is not getting one of his brothers also.

Do NOT adopt a puppy from happytail puppies. Like other people have said in their reviews, I should have read the reviews but I only saw the positive reviews & proceeded based on those. At first, it was easy to adopt the puppy and get in contact with happytail puppies. The process was extremely smooth and I was excited to pick up my puppy. Was supposed to pick him up on one a Friday because that’s when I was told he would be there but I received a call the day before saying that he would not be there until the next Friday, which was alright. The day came to pick him up & I was so excited. I was little skeptical when I got there because no one was allowed the facility except the employees so we were not able to see the inside environment. I was told to wait outside & the whole transaction was done outside. Additionally, I ordered the happily ever after package which included a lot of puppy necessities. On the website, it said I would have a choice of 3 toys, a choice of blankets, & treating treats of my choice. I was not given the choice of anything that came in the package & I see why now because I wasn’t allowed inside!! However that’s not even the big problem. As soon as I got to my parent's house, he started coughing. At first, I thought he was trying to bark but too young to fully bark & I was a first time puppy owner so I had never heard a puppy cough. Anyhow, my mom mentioned that she thought he was coughing. He had a vet appointment coming up that following Monday & I said I would inquire about it there. His coughing got worse over the next few days & at the vet it was a real dry cough & pretty consistent. The vet did an xray (which costed $250) & told me that the xray showed that he had pneumonia & kennel cough. She told me to immediately let happytail know because he got it from there considering it’s only contagious among dogs & he had only been with me for a couple of days & I didn’t expose him to any dogs. I emailed happytail to tell them & called multiple times but I received no response, which was upsetting because before I always got a speedy response from them. Finally they answered the following Wednesday after I kept calling & I told them about it. They didn’t deny that he was sick before i picked him up but they did request his vet records. I sent them the records & they said they could take him back & possibly give him back to me once they nursed him back to health. I had considered that as an option because I really got attached to my puppy & just wanted him to get better knowing that I didn’t have the time to closely monitor him 24/7 as the vet requested with him being so young (only 3 months old). Even though they didn’t deny that he was sick before I picked him up, they did not disclose to me that he was not in good health when I picked him up & made the purchase. Additionally, the physical that they did on him before giving him to me showed that he was completely healthy so i was extremely mislead. I felt that a licensed professional could take care of him better than me & I love & care for him already to know that I can’t give him the care. The vet said the pneumonia could spread & be fatal so I wanted to make sure. Fast forward to when I took him back, once again I wasn’t allowed in the facility. They didn’t seem too apologetic & tried to make my visit quick. I barely got to say goodbye. I inquired about possibly getting him back & was told that I was “surrendering him to them and cannot get him back because they are not a hospital” & they told me multiple times that I could not get a refund/get reimbursed under any circumstance. Before taking him back to happytail, I tried every rescue mission in my area but no one was accepting pups at the moment. It’s not even about the money, I just pray that my puppy gets the help he needs & deserves & then can be adopted by a family that can meet his needs & love him unconditionally as I did. I purchased my first HappyTail puppy for grief support,in September 2022, and J.Dudley, a Maltese, has been my best friend ever since. He brought joy back into my life! The Happytail Puppies crew were wonderful to work with! After New Years this year, I decided I wanted a female puppy to be a little sister for J.Dudley and researched breeders near me. But I’d had such a great experience with HappyTail Puppies the first time, I decided that the drive was worth it. Just as they did for J.Dudley before, Katie this time, kept me informed with updates on SunnyMae’s health and training progress. I received videos and pictures also. Katie stayed in touch via email and phone calls throughout the process of getting her to the required age and weight. J.Dudley and SunnyMae, both came vaccinated, dewormed and both of them came microchipped and AKC/ACA registered . I opted to get a training package for SunnyMae (Maltese puppies can be as stubborn as they are adorable), and I was very pleased with the outcome. At pickup, I received a detailed report about her training from Sonya along with instructions on everything I needed to do to keep up the the work they put into her training and her schedule for her to continue to thrive. I received everything necessary for me to take her to her new veterinarian. Everything went smoothly and they were there to answer any questions that I had. If Sonya didn’t have the answer she made phone calls, with me sitting there with her, and got the answer.If I ever decide to get another puppy, I’ll definitely go back to Happytail Puppies. And I’ll absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in getting a healthy, well cared for puppy.
