Probably the best pizza we've had since moving here from NJ!! We order pizza crispy here, so so good!!! I've tried 3 different salads and all were fresh and delicious!!!

We have been here 3 times in the past month. We have tried several different pizzas and salads and the food is amazing! My only suggestion is ask for your pizza well done...
The Strawberry blueberry salad is insane, the Bianca pizza is our favorite. So do yourself a favor and stop in and give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Wood fired oven pizza! Interesting pizza that has fresh ingrediants. I loved it but it may not be for everyone. I had the "sammy" which had meatballs and grilled onions and then added pepperoni. The pizza comes out of the wood fired oven with a very light char that I think blends well. I will be back! Very limited menu...just pizza and salads and ice cream. They have wine and beer.

Delicious Neapolitan style pizza and great salads. We were excited to spot a few other true Italian staples like San Benedetto Peach Tea. We had a Sammy pizza, Fragola salad, and Caeser salad. Can’t wait to try the other pizzas!
It took me a year to find pizza anywhere near this good near my previous home. Don’t take it for granted if you’re nearby!

Highly recommend this place. They have really good pizza and cannoli. And it's within driving distance which is always nice. Try their margarita pizza as a good baseline.

I stopped by Gusto Pizzeria for lunch and was thoroughly impressed by both the food and the service. I ordered the Americano Pizza and the Caesar Salad with chicken. The chicken on the salad was perfectly cooked and flavorful, truly enhancing the fresh and crispy greens. The pizza, topped with high-quality ingredients, was delicious with a rich and savory taste that clearly showcased the freshness. The restaurant itself was clean, adding to a great dining experience. Plus, the staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a swift and pleasant service.

This was our first time here. The frangola salad was fantastic. And the pizza was pretty good as well. I would recommend this place
Vegetarian options: They had a few salads to pick from for vegetarians.

Had to try this newer addition to the Oak Ridge restaurant scene. My experience was perfection and 5 star through and through. Let me tell you why.
Fun, bright and vibrant scene inside with a great patio outside. Friendly staff greets you at the door. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner during my weekday lunch. A pleasure! He was full of knowledge, going into the details of opening, working through different staff until he got the expertise a Neapolitan style restaurant needed, and the trials and tribulations he went through to get the authentic pizza oven just right.
I always order a Margherita pizza when evaluating a new authentic Neapolitan restaurant. In its simplicity, there’s really nothing to it, it’s a cheese pizza you feed little kids. To make something seemingly uninteresting absolutely delicious…that’s just sheer magic. And it’s true to form here. The dough was light and fluffy with the perfect amount of char. Sauce was San Marzano tomatoes and salt, perfection. Fresh mozzarella is the key to a Margherita pizza and this one doesn’t disappoint. Perfect amount of basil and EVO on top finished it off. It all came together to make one of the best authentic Neapolitan Margherita pizzas around.
If you haven’t been there yet, I highly recommend it!

Excellent stone-fired pizza and freshly made salads and desserts. The gelato is AMAZING! I love the cannoli. We've eaten here several times and never waited more than ten minutes to have our food served to our table. This is a little shop with absolutely mouth-watering food. Wine and beer as well!
