I was sad to see this pharmacy close in Madison. The service was exceptional and having a pharmacist who will talk to me is great. When they closed I stayed a customer. I just get my meds delivered. Miss you all here in Madison!

This is exactly why you support local business. I was with CVS in Oak Ridge and have had nothing but issues. Never could get anyone to answer a phone..tried for two days straight sitting on hold for 20-30 minutes before i just hung up. Talked to friends and they said to try Crossroads. The experience has been absolutely perfect. I am not one to give a review or give 100% on service, I am as honest as they get. From the first phone call to the pickup, Crossroads has customer service nailed!!!! looking forward to the continued business I will be bringing them. Thank You!!

Very knowledgable staff and super fast! I have rarely ever waited to pickup my prescription.....They are the best around! I used to use CVS, where you may wait 45 minutes to 2 hours just to pick up a prescription. Now that my prescriptions are with Crossroads I can just get in and out.

As a customer all you can ask for is to be treated with respect and professionalism. I can go anywhere and receive rude, nasty, and disinterested staff. Crossroads went from being a pleasant experience to completely unacceptable. Hopefully the owner will take this constructively and make the changes she needs to bring her business back to having “culture” it once had. 1.) People vote all day, everyday with their dollar. Period. I just voted with mine and moved all my prescriptions back to my previous pharmacy. 2.) You should teach your staff to say hello. When you walk through the door your greeted by young woman who is as pleasant as an ingrown toe nail. She looks at you turns her back grabs the prescriptions and barks out what the price is. That’s literally it. Hats off to her for knowing my name but she really belongs working in an environment in which she should never interact with customers. Period. 3.) Recently the pharmacist refused to fill a prescription my Neurosurgeon wrote for pain. The pharmacist would not speak to me so I had to deal with the angry toe nail. After back surgery in June followed by emergency surgery on 7/27/20 for spinal fluid leakage I found myself arguing with a 20 something that thinks she knows more than a renowned Neurosurgeon. I guess her GED in Medicine outshines his. Her tone and demeanor were completely unacceptable, she implied I had a problem with prescription drugs. Maybe she should try having discs shaved, bone removed, and then having a bone shard missed in the first surgery poke a hole in the spinal fluid canal and the extreme pain that ensues when it all drains out. 4.) Rather than refuse to fill a prescription wouldn’t most rational people call the doctors office for verification? After checking with my Doctor’s office they DID NOT CALL. 5.) Problem solved, will never spend another dollar in this pharmacy. I have bet I have referred no less than 2 dozen family members and friends. Now I am going to go out of my way to let 12 dozen know to go elsewhere. Sometimes I wonder if certain people wake up and think how many people can I offend today. It’s definitely noticeable as they have expanded to more locations less of the owners focus is on this store, go figure. If you enjoy being treated like dirt Crossroads will certainly not disappoint.

They are personable, they know who it is when I call. There always on time with prescription, the only thing is they should call when prescription are due or text. But keep rocking it lady's it is appreciated....
