CVS in Oak Ridge is my go to CVS. They are more reliable than Fleming Rd CVS and the staff is more friendly. The only problem I had this time is they didn't have my particular Tylenol product, quick release capsules. I bought CVS brand and I hope it works as well, especially since it's a lot cheaper.

Today I went in looking for school clothing for NW high. While I was looking around , two employees were discussing which holidays they get off. Basically they were both upset that they didn't get Easter off. And then stated that they get off for MLK and Junetenth. They both agreed that they rather had Easter instead. I feel that they should not be discussing their personal views aloud in the store. They are representing CVS. Not very professional at all. So I left out and called back to speak to a manager but was on hold for to long. So I hung up. I will mot purchase anything out of a store that leaves a bad look for shoppers

We had a problem with our prescription ( not due to CVS ) and Kayleigh and a very nice gentleman at the pharmacy that I unfortunately did not get his name both of them were absolutely wonderful went completely out of their way to resolved the issue. So nice to see there is still great people out there.

Ordered a photo canvas and called to see if it was ready, and I was told it was. Drove over there only to find a half finished product. Kid working the counter was so unprofessional.

Slow service, especially around lunchtime taking very long time. Inline from 1:05, got to window at 1:30 would not service my one pickup. Should prioritize and move along. Will be moving my service to the much more courteous local pharmacy, Crossroads.

Update . I went back and recorded the interaction and I got my needles . I am so tired and hurt by pharmacy not selling me insulin needles . I have prescriptions for insulin . The woman up there refused to sell them to me . I'm tired of people just embarrassing me and refusing to help me . They make me feel like trash bc there are ppl w drug problems but I have chronic illness . Not a drug problem . I can't take it any more . I honestly just want to die rather then embarress myself like that one more time . This is an in going issue . And I can die without my insulin . Update I do know I can report to the head of pharmaceutical. I also contacted a lawyer just so I know my rights . And I will return to get my needles I'm sure .

3 days to count out 30 pills is ridiculous. Realizing I am not the only person in the world, and knowing I am not unreasonable or have egregious expectations, it’s not me it’s you. I especially appreciate the attitude of the pharmacist when I subtly express my shock. She wasn’t hateful, but certainly did nothing to better the situation. I know they deal with rude people constantly, so it’s burned into their persona. I get that. But this is really ridiculous. I had to leave AGAIN today without my medicine because it still isn’t ready. When I got to the window, I was told I’d have to wait 30 more minutes - which I couldn’t. I have issues every time I need something filled. Please just do your job :(
Some of the reviews here are absurd. 1 star for waiting in line or for the drive thru line being too long, like any of that is in their control. Find a different time or wait like the rest of us and stop whining. My complaints have nothing to do with that.
Other reviews mentioning miserable older woman following them around are correct. She followed me around the store while I was browsing lipstick and took a sign off the shelf and literally shoved it in my face (sign read “do not open cosmetics”) without saying a single word. Just stood there with this sign in my face. I hadn’t opened anything…I was picking up different lipsticks to read the shade on the bottom. It was weird, it was rude, and really socially unaware. Top 3 weirdest interactions in my 33 years.

I tried to chalk up the first rude interaction with the Pharmacist at this location as just maybe he was having a bad day. His name is John. EVERY single interaction I have had via phone or in person he is incredibly rude. He is passive aggressive and disrespectful. This location is convenient to where I live but I will be changing where my prescriptions go because dealing with him puts me in a FOUL mood every time. A little kindness goes a LONG way. Do better CVS and John.

Waited for over an hour for my prescription to be ready. When I went in a second time I was told they were working on it then and asked if I wanted it expedited. I don't know why she asked since they knew I was on site waiting for not to be filled. I was dealing with a horrible sinus headache so waiting for my prescription to be filled was the last thing I wanted to do.

There is an older female manager/stocker working here that wanders around the store and she is so rude! Barely even looks at you and mumbles and walks away (worked Friday afternoon 7/19/24); on the other hand, Saturday 7/20/23 the male stocker/cashier working was super helpful and friendly!!
