Cindy was our agent and worked with us through a couple years of ups and downs with the market. She was patient, professional, and best of all not pushy. She advocated for us and had our interests at heart. We ended up with the beach condo of our dreams! She stayed with us through closing and we door to see her on the island in the future!

So unprofessionl it was literally frightening. I fired my realtor because she was not very attentive, always had an excuse why she was so busy. I really wasn't interested in excuses especially after she never had to show me a single place I just found myself. To make a long story short when I closed on house my money didn't't post in time so I couldnot get in. This real estate company knowing I did not want her sent her to drop off keys. Rather it sounded like she volunteered. She showed up with a bullying intimidating and threatening manner. She asked who I was and said I just wanted to see the person who fired me i n person. She continued with I made a lot of enemies there. She stared and started instigating me. Now I just bought a house and somehow she made commission and this was how a professional real estate agent behaves? I called to complain and they said they wouldspeak with her and other agent, called me back and said it was both our faults. First of all she represents their company and was supposed to be a professional. Who shows up and says all that? The other realtor was not there when she first arrived to hear what this lady said to me. To top it off she mailed my keys in an envelope and when I requested a tracking number nobody got back, I requested again and nobody got back. I finally received them and it was in a special envelope from post office because the letter was torn and empty. What an insane real estate company. She went on to flaunt they are t he number 1 real estate place maybe for psychos. I will be litigating this.

Then, Cheryl doesn't hand you off to an assistant, but works with you every step of the way right up through the closing process. She's communicative through every aspect, too.
