Great gym,Freindly staff,I've had assessments with the coach Hazel and she is absolutely amazing and very supportive! When you look confused about a certain machine either a coach or even another gym goer with show you.

Just joined last week as regular pool still closed. Glad I did. First class. Spotlessly clean....lots of lockers...hairdryers etc. Only downside no individual dressing rooms. Very pleasant helpful staff.

This is a great addition to the greenway. At the head of the greenway you can do body weight exercises before or after your walk. Has handicap accessible weight stations too.
