Lisa is so amazing! She helped me through the process of getting my passport. Most friendly Post Office I’ve ever worked with.

Someone here doesn't like to do their job. I can't even count how many times we get notes of stuff being unable to be delivered with no reason on it at all. So I get to make an extra and unnecessary trip to pick up the package when the whole point of having it delivered was so it would arrive at my house. They can never explain why it wasn't delivered in the first place. They just mumble excuses and send you on your way.

Due to my job I can't make it to the post office until around 445 to 450. I know that's later in the day but I have no choice but to work so when I get off work I rush every time I need to mail something out so I can make it by 5pm which is what time they close and every single time I get there they've already locked the doors by 450pm. I think if a business says they'll remain open until 5pm then they should actually do just that, it's not fair to those of us who have to rush to get to the post office by 5pm. I'm not asking they stay later than 5pm either, I'm just asking that they stay open until 5pm like they're supposed to. And this has been a multiple issue with myself and many other upset customers I've met in the parking lot who were rushing the same as me to make it before closing.

Making me move mailbox that has been in the same spot for over 40 years so that it’s easier for the mail lady to sort her mail while claiming it’s a safety concern.

I moved to North Wilkesboro in February. I paid this post office 100 + dollars for a premium P.O. Box . According to the USPS website you can have regular mail or packages sent to the premium address. After 4 weeks of not receiving mail and inquiries as to why I wasn’t receiving it and being assured by the lady at the front desk that the address I was using was correct they finally tell me you can only send packages to the address and not mail which contradicts their own description of the service on their own website.I said fine and asked for a refund which I got. I then asked for a cluster mailbox since I live right across the street from the post office. That was between 40 and 50 dollars if memory serves. Long story short sometimes I get my mail and sometimes I don’t. In 30 plus years of life I’ve NEVER had this much trouble with a post office.I might also add that I’m a 70 percent disabled veteran who frequently receives mail from the VA hospitals in Salisbury and Kernersville NC and mail from the SSA who I’m applying for disability through so when it comes to receiving mail timing truly is important but that doesn’t seem to matter.
