Very good experience. Friendly and knowledgeable. Worked on two of our vehicles and we were very satisfied with repairs. Labor was reasonable instead of outrageous like a local dealership charged us and didn't resolve the issue. Highly recommend R & D Auto Repair, the best.

RND auto repair was recommended to me by somebody who lives in Wilkesboro. I was out of state, attending a music festival and my check engine light went on. I explained that I was from out of town and was planning on leaving on Sunday and was worried that there was a real problem. They took me in immediately, solved my issue and welcomed me back if I had any additional problems. I felt that they were efficient, fair, and competent. I would recommend them to anybody! I will certainly keep their name in my records in case I have another problem.

I cannot thank Sarah and Devin and the entire staff at R&D for taking care of any auto repair needs that I have. I can honestly say that I drive over a hour to take my car to have one of the mechanics there to have it worked on. Matt who is one of the mechanics is amazing and will let you know exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. Matt has given me some tips on how to keep my Honda with close to 300K miles on it running well. R&D will work to get you out the door with the best prices that they can. While most garages will try to nickel and dime you, I have never had this issue with them. And what other locally owned garage offers FREE diagnostic testing??? I haven't seen one yet that that does this and is honest. Any time I ever have any issues I contact Sarah and she gets me in or works with my schedule. Any time anyone needs work done on their car I always recommend R&D Auto Repair! They have taken care of many of my family members and friends. I even had them check a car that had been in an accident to see if it was worth fixing and I didn't second guess them at all when they told me their thoughts on it. Truly honest people!

We were new to the area and had wheel issues with my car. I asked in a Wilkes County Facebook group for the best mechanics in town and TONS of people recommended R&D. They were right! They're really honest guys who do great work at a reasonable price. We'll definitely be back!

I had left and right, upper and lower ball joints installed by R&D. They did a great job at a great price. They even kept and showed me all the parts they took off and then called a couple days later just to check to make sure the car was doing good. I've definitely found my go to garage.
